Sour Gummy Yuma

Sour Gummy Yuma is a distinctive mushroom coral combining intense fluorescent green with a deep purple to burgundy base. Its irregular green markings spread through the centre in branching, almost molten-looking bands, while cooler blue-green highlights add further contrast.

The fleshy disc carries a dense covering of rounded, bubble-like vesicles in mixed sizes, giving the coral the heavily textured character associated with Yuma mushrooms. Larger vesicles become more prominent towards the outer areas, surrounding the brighter, tightly detailed centre and creating a layered finish. This unusual mix of sour green fluorescence, muted teal tips and dark underlying colour gives the specimen plenty of depth under reef lighting. Allow suitable space from neighbouring corals as the disc expands.
