This large Frankenstein Rhodactis mushroom combines vivid green patterning with cooler blue-grey areas across a densely textured oral disc. Darker breaks between the colours create strong contrast, while the defined red rim around the edge adds a warm accent and clearly frames the broad, rounded form.
Its surface is covered with the short, tightly packed vesicles typical of Rhodactis, giving the coral a full, softly raised texture rather than a smooth finish. The irregular mottling and radial structure provide plenty of detail across the disc, with the contrasting colours becoming especially pronounced under reef lighting. Allow suitable space around the specimen as it expands and settles into the rockwork.
