Red Eye Favia Frag

Red Eye Favia is a chunky LPS coral with warm red-orange corallite centres set against contrasting green radial ridges. Darker green and muted purple tissue between the eyes adds depth, while the repeated circular pattern creates a bold, tightly packed colony structure under blue-heavy reef lighting.

Supplied as a frag, this piece offers several defined corallites and a varied mix of fluorescent green, red and subdued central tones. As with other Favia, allow sensible clearance from neighbouring corals to account for its potential feeding response and territorial reach. Its substantial fleshy polyps and strong colour separation make it well suited to a mixed reef display where texture and contrast are wanted.
