This large Goniopora colony displays a strong bright red to orange-red colour across a broad, rounded growth. The specimen is densely covered with individual flower-like polyps, each showing a rounded central disc surrounded by short, fine tentacles.
The closely packed polyps create an even, textured surface with subtle darker separation between each corallite. Its outline is naturally irregular, with fuller extension through the centre and upper section and a visible dark base around parts of the edge. The photographed colony has substantial coverage and consistent warm coloration throughout.
