Ultra Red Goniastrea Frag

Ultra Red Goniastrea is a compact LPS frag defined by rich red to orange pigmentation and a tightly packed, sculpted corallite structure. Each rounded corallite carries a darker central mouth, while raised rims create clear separation and added depth across the colony.

The intense warm colouration contrasts strongly under blue-spectrum reef lighting, with subtle maroon and purple tones running through the recessed areas. Its substantial, fleshy polyps and ridged growth form give the frag plenty of texture even when the feeding tentacles are not extended. Allow sensible clearance from neighbouring corals as the colony develops, accounting for the territorial behaviour typical of Goniastrea and other closely placed LPS corals.
