Purple Shimmer Goniopora

Purple Shimmer Goniopora is a strongly contrasting coral defined by rich purple colouration and bright green-yellow eyes. Each extended polyp carries a ring of slender lashes, with green tips adding crisp highlights across the colony and giving the coral its distinctive shimmer.

The clustered flower-like polyps create a full, textured display, while their elongated form provides the characteristic movement associated with Goniopora. Purple tissue, luminous centres and green lash tips combine into a layered colour pattern that reads clearly across the colony. Allow suitable room around it so the polyps can extend freely without contacting neighbouring corals.
