Orange Eye Goniopora is defined by its warm orange polyp centres, set against deep charcoal oral discs and bright fluorescent green tentacles. The strong colour separation gives each flower-like polyp a crisp, individually defined look, while the closely packed growth creates a full and textured colony.
Extended polyps bring the characteristic movement associated with Goniopora, with slender tentacles adding softness and depth around the contrasting centres. The mix of larger open polyps and tighter emerging growth produces a varied, natural structure that reads particularly well under blue-heavy reef lighting. Allow suitable space around the coral so its polyps can extend freely without being crowded by neighbouring livestock.
